Trial ticket
The trial ticket is used to book your free session. Every yoser receives a trial ticket, and by default, it is the first ticket used to book a session on your Yo! account, as long as it’s still valid, even if there are subscribed or purchased tickets available. It is not possible to use more than one trial ticket with the same Yo! account. If a trial ticket has already been used on a Yo! account, under no circumstances will another be issued.
It is granted instantly upon regular registration or registration during a purchase flow. It may also be granted with your first purchase if no trial ticket has been issued previously, whether expired or not. There is no other way to obtain a trial ticket beyond those outlined in these terms.
Just like paid tickets, the trial ticket has an expiration date. Once expired, it cannot be used and will not be replaced at Yo!'s discretion.
If a session booked with the trial ticket is canceled by the yoser up to 1 hour before the session time, the trial ticket will return to the account and retain its original validity, with no additional time added. If the tutor cancels the session, the ticket will return with full validity restored.
Types of trial Ticket Issuance
Regular Flow
When a yoser registers on the platform through the regular registration process, they receive a trial ticket. This ticket has an initial validity of 7 days from the account creation date. If the yoser subscribes or purchases tickets before using the trial ticket, even if it is still valid or has already expired, a new trial ticket will be issued with full validity starting from the payment date.
Purchase Flow
When a yoser registers on the platform through the payment flow of a subscription or ticket purchase, they receive a trial ticket, even if there is any change in the purchase or the payment is not successfully completed. This ticket has an initial validity of 7 days from the account creation date. If the payment is successfully completed, the yoser will receive the purchased tickets along with the trial ticket. The validity of the purchased tickets begins from the payment date and coincides with the validity of the trial ticket.
